We’ve taken our dogs to Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital since we moved here 10 years ago. The staff are always so welcoming with the dogs and the care we have been been given has been phenomenal. The dogs have been seen for well visits, sick visits and those visits that have been just plain tough to bear through the years. We have always experienced professional and compassionate care for our pets.
I can't say enough good things about Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital. We have had 5 or 6 "emergencies" where they have been able to get our dog in last minute. I always receive a follow up phone call to see how our dog is doing. We are always given the option on different plans and costs. Although, our dog likes to make things expensive! Highly recommend.
The vet and vet tech were extremely kind and understanding of our high energy kitten. They were so gentle when administering shots We didn't get a medical history when we adopted him, so this was likely his first visit to the vet. I'm so glad it was a pleasant one!
My family has been coming to this Veterinarian office for nearly 30 years. Over the past few years it has become very clear the staff and current management are focused on upcharging and pushing unnecessary product/service under the appearance of service to increase revenue instead of prioritizing care and listening to the pet owner. I pushed back on the last upsell attempt and was met with a condescending attitude from the vet. The owners are no longer participating in the day to day operation of this facility but as a business owner I would be appalled by the conduct of this staff member. Although I do believe this tactic is a reflection of ownership's direction to increase profit, their tactics and blanket approach for seeking every way to add on to a bill for a product or service is very transparent.
We’ve been bringing our two dogs here for a couple of years (since they were puppies). One of our dogs has a lot of care needs and we’re treated with care and professionalism every time. A referral was made when specialty care was needed and I had confidence in their recommendation because they have built our trust (and it turned out to be the right path for us). Since our dog is a “frequent flyer” their rewards program has been very helpful to save money on future visits too (thank you BPAH for offering this program!).
I been going here for the past 3 years. Dr. Rosendahl has been my primary care giver for my cats. Sigmund and Ruby. The care my pets get are top notch. Advice given has always been helpful. Thank you all for the care given to my pets.
The staff is friendly and listened to my concerns about Birdie my dog. They had several options for treatment and let me pick out what I thought Birdie would need. I just adopted Birdie so there were test and shots that they recommended to keep her in good health. Thanks so much for your advice and kindness.
We switched our animals to Burnsville Animal Hospital in 2019 after being unhappy with our previous vet and their lack of communication and other reasons. We have been very happy with their care for our animals. They offer laser surgery for fixing which I believe is better for the animal. They have helped us alot with one of our animals who has alot of anxiety. They are easy to get into and have seen our dog last minute on a Saturday. They also have a rewards program which allows us to earn coupons off future visits or services. They never push us to do tons of extra services that are unneeded for our animals, like some vets do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
